In addition to his role at Dar Al Aila, Ayman is the CEO of the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), the private sector arm of the Islamic Development Bank Group. His illustrious career includes key leadership positions such as CEO of Ibdar Bank BSC, Bank Alkhair, and Barclays Capital Saudi Arabia, as well as serving as Chairman of Open-Silicon, Inc. and the Bahrain Financing Company Group. He has also contributed his expertise as a Board Member of Unicorn Bahrain and held senior roles at Citibank and ABN AMRO affiliates in Saudi Arabia, including Saudi American Bank (SAMBA) and Saudi Hollandi Bank.

Faris Hazim Zagzoog is the Managing Partner and Board Director at Dar Al Aila Investment Holding Company, where he provides strategic leadership in driving investments, business operations, and growth initiatives in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. With a focus on fostering impactful investments that contribute to the Kingdom’s economic development, Faris plays a critical role in building a diversified and sustainable portfolio for the firm.
Prior to his current role, Faris gained extensive experience in financial services at Al-Jazira Bank, excelling in relationship management, financial analysis, and corporate operations. This foundation has equipped him with the expertise to lead complex financial and investment initiatives. Additionally, Faris serves as the Vice President of the Saudi-Polish Business Council and an Executive Member of the Saudi-Portuguese Business Council, where he promotes international partnerships and economic collaboration.
Faris holds a Master of Business Administration from Al Faisal University, Prince Sultan College of Business, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University, graduating with distinction. Ruba Hazim Zagzoog – Board Member at Dar Al-Aila Company and Tatweer Holding Company, is an emerging legal leader with a strong foundation in international business law, corporate governance, and dispute resolution. With diverse experience spanning multinational law firms, government-linked development entities, and international organizations, Ruba brings a dynamic and globally informed perspective to the legal and business advisory landscape.
Currently pursuing her L.L.M. in International Business Law at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Ruba combines academic excellence with real-world legal acumen. Her career includes impactful roles at prestigious institutions such as White & Case LLP, Jeddah Central Development Company, and the Islamic Corporation for the Insurance of Investment and Export Credit (ICIEC – IsDB Group). Her work has focused on corporate law, arbitration, investment protection, and regulatory frameworks, reflecting a commitment to high ethical standards and international best practices.
Ruba serves on the boards of Dar Al-Aila Company since 2018 and Tatweer Holding Company since 2024, contributing her legal insight to strategic governance and institutional development. She has been recognized for her outstanding oral advocacy at international arbitration competitions, notably the Willem C. Vis Moot, where her team achieved historic milestones for the Middle East.
She holds a Bachelor of Law with a minor in International Relations & Diplomacy from Dar Al-Hekma University and has undertaken specialized programs at Oxford University and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research. Fluent in Arabic and English, Ruba is known for her communication skills, legal drafting, and commitment to advancing rule of law in both regional and global contexts.

Rayis has over 30 years of executive experience with deep expertise in Strategic Planning, Finance, Product Innovation, Digital Sales and Marketing, as well as Business Development and Distribution, all gained during his tenure with the largest bank in Saudi Arabia.
Throughout his career, he led numerous organizational initiatives and transformation programs, driving new business lines and income streams. Rayis successfully merged Banking and Finance proficiency with Strategic and Leadership qualities to achieve key business objectives.
As an Advisory Board Member of the National Housing Program, he played a pivotal role in recommending housing solutions to help Saudi families own homes in line with Vision 2030.
As a Board Member of Al-Ittihad Sports Club, Rayis contributed to setting high standards and ensuring the club’s consistent functioning across its activities.
Omar M. Currently, Omar holds multiple board roles, including Director positions at Saudi Tunisian Bank, Tamra Capital, Neoleap, Dar Altamleek, and Al Wataniya Insurance Company, reflecting his extensive governance and advisory expertise across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and North Africa. His professional journey includes serving as SEVP and Head of Strategy and Business Development Group at National Commercial Bank, where he led strategic initiatives, central marketing, and analytics excellence for nearly two decades.
Omar holds a BSc in Computer Science from KFUPM and has completed prestigious executive programs such as the Advanced Management Programme at Wharton, Digital Business Strategy at Columbia, and Essentials of Leadership at London Business School. He is also a Certified Board Director (GCC BDI) and fluent in both Arabic and English.
